  • without rotary, no battery, with PS, cracked and worn all tires, engine starts at 24 volts, faded and rusty exterior, torn seat, hole on bottom part of the seat, slightly oil leak from front tires and bottom part of tractor, PTO lever feels tight and it only work at first speed position, engine stop lever does not work
