Q2. How does payment work?
A2. Payment by cash deposit, telegraphic transfer (T/T) or letter of credit (L/C) at sight is accepted.

Q3. How many units should be minimum order?
A3. Our minimum order should be as fully 20 feet container cargo at least. The total units depend on models (size of tractors). With rotary tiller, 20 feet container can be filled with about 8 to 10 units of tractors. And 40 feet container can be filled with about 16 to 25 units with rotary tiller. Also about the condition of tractors, the tires, rotary tillers, and other breakable parts on tractors are dismantled before shipping. Almost of our tractors has rotary tiller as attachment. Please ask us the details.

Q4. Where will be loading port of my container?
A4. Your container will be shipped from Kobe port mainly, but it depends on the place of loading.

Q5. When will my equipment arrive?
A5. That depends on the country/region. We begin making shipping arrangements as soon as the payment clears.

Q6. How should I go through the import procedure?

Q7. How should I deal with warranty of tractors?
A7. When tractors arrive at yard and before loading, we do check our tractors carefully twice by our engineers. But if your equipment is broken or has a defect and you need spare parts, we will make order and send them to you. And , if a problem occurs during packing, loading or shipping, we will send you pictures to you via fax or e-mail soon and will try to solve the problems.

A8. We always try to find machines inquired from you. About new equipment, we can order for you. Please contact us for details.

Q9. Do you provide customer information to other companies?
A9. We manage personal and corporate information of our customers with great care. It is never given to another company.
