  • without rotary, battery ok, with PS, rotary does not shift up/down (We were able to confirm the up/down operation once with oil, but the electronic system of the microcomputer or control box is defective, so the up/down operation is currently disjointed. I think it can be fixed by replacing parts, etc.)
